Strands of Beauty Consultant Agreement

Read Before You Sign: I am an independent contractor, not an employee of Paradise Beauty or Strands of Beauty™. I must place a wholesale product order in the amount of $200 every 60 days to remain an active consultant. I must confirm with a deposit 10 or more appointments on the Strands of Beauty schedule system in order to qualify for my level ranking each month per the level guidelines. I may use the Strands of Beauty™ trademark and booking system only while active. I grant permission for Strands of Beauty™ to use my photos, photos of my work, videos, videos of my work, and likeness for marketing, advertising or any way seeming fit and positive for promotions. I agree to comply with my state’s licensing requirements. I may be removed at any time for violating brand policy or local/state laws. Upon termination, I will cease use of all logos, materials, and access platforms. I understand all deposits are held by the company and I retain the service balance and product sales profits.
