Strands of Beauty™ In-Person Training – Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Strands of Beauty™ In-Person Consultant Certification Course, you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy

All payments made toward this event are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstance.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or inability to attend due to personal, professional, travel, or medical reasons.

• Registration cannot be transferred to another person or event.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strict policy.

2. Confirmation of Understanding

Participant acknowledges that this is a professional certification training, and a seat is being held exclusively for them. The cost includes:

• A professional Consultant Starter Kit

• Hair and tools

• Certification training

• Instructor fees and business materials

Due to the custom nature of this training, no exceptions will be made to the refund or transfer policy.

3. Intellectual Property & Training Materials

All materials provided during training (videos, printed handouts, techniques, class recordings, business guides) are the sole property of Strands of Beauty™, LLC.

• Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, teach, or use these materials outside of the Strands of Beauty™ Consultant Program.

• Any unauthorized use, duplication, or resale is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

5. Photography & Media Release

By attending this training, Participant grants Strands of Beauty™ and its affiliates permission to capture and use their image, likeness, and voice for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes in print and digital formats.

6. Certification & Consultant Eligibility

Certification is not automatically guaranteed and is earned upon:

• Completion of all hands-on modules

• Demonstration of technique proficiency

• Adherence to course policies

Upon certification, participant may become eligible to join the Strands of Beauty™ Consultant Network, subject to terms and enrollment acceptance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Strands of Beauty™, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, allergic reactions, property damage, or other issues arising from training participation or use of supplied products/tools.

By submitting payment and registering for this course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
