Strands of Beauty™ Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Strands of Beauty™, a brand operated under Lucrum Entertainment LLC, a Nevada-registered business. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, purchase of products, booking of beauty services, and participation in our Independent Consultant program. By using our site, booking services, purchasing products, or enrolling as a Consultant, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking Appointments Through Our Platform

Strands of Beauty™ offers a platform where you can book beauty services with independent consultants. These consultants are not employees but operate under their own business entity while licensed to use the Strands of Beauty™ name.

  • Clients are responsible for selecting their desired consultant and appointment time.

  • Strands of Beauty™ is not liable for the performance, conduct, or outcome of services rendered by consultants.

  • If any issue arises, we recommend contacting the consultant directly. However, we are happy to facilitate communication if needed.

3. Product Purchases and No Return Policy

We offer premium beauty products and hair growth supplements.

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any products.

  • Exceptions may be made for damaged or defective items received within 5 days of delivery. Please provide photos and order information when contacting us.

4. Independent Consultant Program

When you sign up to become a Strands of Beauty™ Independent Consultant:

  • You operate as a 1099 contractor, not an employee.

  • You are responsible for your own business taxes, supplies, and clients.

  • You gain access to:

    • A stylist bag & welcome kit

    • Online scheduling system

    • Listing in our Consultant Directory

    • Social media spotlight

    • Up to 50% off product pricing when active

    • Monthly bonuses, eligibility for profit-sharing after 12 months

    • Access to free online training and discounted advanced courses

Active Status Requirements:
You remain an active consultant by completing:

  • At least 10 booked appointments, OR

  • Purchasing a minimum of $250 in products within any 60-day period.

5. Required Content Creation

As part of our entertainment-based branding model, all consultants must create and submit content from their appointments or product use. This can include:

  • Before/after photos of clients (with consent)

  • Product demo videos

  • Testimonial videos or short social content

Strands of Beauty™ may use this content for promotional purposes on websites, social media, or digital ads. This requirement helps enhance your visibility and the overall brand.

6. Digital Content & Intellectual Property

  • All materials, training content, product descriptions, branding, and media created under the Strands of Beauty™ brand are the intellectual property of Lucrum Entertainment LLC.

  • Consultants may use branding in approved formats but may not replicate, copy, or use for non-approved ventures.

7. User Conduct & Account Responsibility

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent the Strands of Beauty™ brand

  • Book fake appointments or spam the calendar system

  • Share or misuse training content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Strands of Beauty™ and Lucrum Entertainment LLC are not liable for:

  • Health reactions to any beauty products or supplements

  • Injuries, disputes, or damages arising from appointments

  • Failure of consultants to fulfill appointments

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute:

  • Please contact us first at info@lucrumentertainment.com

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. You will be notified of major changes via email or notices on our site. Continued use after changes indicates your agreement.
